Have you ever felt constant tiredness, excessive hunger, excessive thirst, or frequent urination? Do You sometimes wonder why your body feels drained even after eating? This was the daily struggle of Mr. M.Z a 35-year-old male, from Kahama who was in pre-diabetic state for 3 years experiences the above symptoms. On 20 May 2025 he was diagnosed for the first time, when he checked random blood glucose (RBG) levels and found it was 15.7mmol\/l. After a month on 16 June, he went to check his RBG again and found it was still elevated with readings 13.5mmol\/l. On his third visit (16 July) his blood glucose reading was 24.7mmol\/l and Hb1AC 9.0%. He was put on SeamsossPlus by Mr. Alleck Gisuka- a seamossplus distributor and laboratory technician. After one month of using seamossplus powder 10grams per day, everything changed and his RBG recorded 5.3mmol\/l (on 23 August), he gained energy, and general body health was back on track. Mr. M Z continued to use SeamossPlus and life style modification only. He later travelled and had no access to seamossplus any more, last intake of seamossplus was in December 2025.
